Shipping. Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 4–5 days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location. Exchanges. We accept size exchanges on unworn pieces with tags intact — request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We'll guide you through the process. Pieces stitched to custom measurements are not eligible for exchange, but we'll happily alter them. Returns. As every garment is stitched to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Pieces with a manufacturing defect will be repaired, remade, or exchanged at no cost.
