Handcrafted Artistry: In the intricate process of hand block-printing, embroidery, and stitching, inherent variations are part of the charm. These unique irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products, endowing each style with a distinct identity.

Color Perception: Our products are professionally photographed under controlled lighting conditions. However, colors may appear differently due to factors such as shooting angles, lighting, background tones, and color temperatures. As a result, there may be a variation of approximately 10% -12% in prints and colors. Nevertheless, we endeavor to match the tones as closely as possible to the original product colors.

Shipping. Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 4–5 days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location. Exchanges. We accept size exchanges on unworn pieces with tags intact — request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. We'll guide you through the process. Pieces stitched to custom measurements are not eligible for exchange, but we'll happily alter them. Returns. As every garment is stitched to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Pieces with a manufacturing defect will be repaired, remade, or exchanged at no cost.
