At Zerah Designs, a brand under Zerah Collective LLP, we are committed to offering premium, handcrafted garments made with care and detail. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, please note the following:
Cancellation Policy
- We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
- Every order is processed and prepared individually, and cancellation interrupts our workflow and production cycle.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not entertained unless the following conditions apply:
Exceptions:
A refund may be initiated only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item shipped
- Defective or damaged product received
In such cases, the customer must:
- Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the item received along with your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Once we receive the request:
- Our team will verify the claim.
- If found valid, we will initiate a full refund or provide an appropriate replacement, as per the customer’s choice.
Important Notes:
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:
- Size issues (please refer to our Size Guide carefully before ordering)
- Delays caused by courier services or customs
- Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product
- All our products undergo a quality check before dispatch.
