At Zerah Designs, a brand under Zerah Collective LLP, we are committed to offering premium, handcrafted garments made with care and detail. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, please note the following:

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.

Each order is individually processed and prepared, and cancellation disrupts our workflow and production cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not entertained unless the following conditions apply:

Refunds may be initiated only under these circumstances:

Wrong item shipped
Defective or damaged product received

In such cases, the customer must:

Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include clear photos of the item received, along with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Process:

Once your request is received, our team will verify the claim within 2–3 business days.
If the claim is found valid, a full refund or a replacement will be initiated, as per your preference.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, and opt for a replacement instead of a refund:

Replacement Delivery Timeframe:

Once your return request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.
Delivery of the replacement product may take an additional 4–7 business days, based on your location and courier partner timelines.

Important Notes:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

Size issues (Please refer to our Size Guide under each product carefully before placing your order)
Delays caused by courier services or customs
Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product
